Brief introduction of the Role

1. Title : CT Research Collaboration Specialist

Responsible for managing research collaboration projects for Siemens CT business area with clinical collaboration partners in Korea. This role is responsible for working closely with key opinion leader medical doctors, and internal stakeholders in Innovations, business and Marketing departments to define, coordinate and drive research collaboration projects that aim at evaluating and establishing the value of Siemens products and prototypes. Research projects will cover the clinical areas of radiology.

2. Requirement

- Working experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Physics or clinical experience

- Preferred: Experience working with CT,  frequent interaction with medical doctors and other medical staff.

- Experience of computer languages ( Python, MATLAB etc )

- English  : Advanced

- Above Master Degree

3. JOB DISCRIPCTION
4. Understand Healthcare Customer: This includes all activities to understand our customers by collecting CT research data, analyze customer data and understand customer‘s research, clinical needs and workflow, satisfaction, issues with our products. Summarize customer needs and activities; derive business implications for Healthcare business.
5. Analyze New techniques : Understand ours and also competitors by collecting and analyzing competitor data for advanced CT.
6. Define Customer Marketing Concept: Support Business Development Manager in regard to activities to map the targeted customer’s needs with a given advanced product portfolio (product).
7. Work out a detailed solution for the customer's requirement including value proposition of the solution proposal and preparation of data for offer (participant)
8. Analyze customer’s feedback of advanced imaging techniques and high-end applications regarding offer
9. Answer sales and product related advanced CT & research questions.
10. creation a collaboration contract (MRA, CA and IPA etc...) with reference site.
11. Maintain a list of all collaboration/cooperation sites
12. Support Clinical Research/Implementation of advanced Imaging technique/implementation of WIP packages
13. Support collaboration sites in special engagements
14. Sales support of high-end application training and research collaboration agreements
15. Educate Application and BDM teams on new clinical trends in the respective Modality/discipline
16. Ensure that collaborative sites are publishing results in Siemens publications / application Journals etc.
17. Support the GG in establishing Reference Sites for new trendsetting applications
18. Support collaboration sites in special engagements
19. Creation of presentation contracts with luminary customers, Scientific Marketing activities
20. Close relations with the HQ in Singapore and Germany.
21. Ensuring regular contact with customers such as meeting them in congresses, telephonically.
