DESCRIPTION
This role supports P&G Korea Category Market Strategy and Planning team with budget management and overall operation.
YOUR TEAM
You will work as part of MS&P (Market Strategy & Planning) team, reporting to MS&P Group Manager in Korea. You will work closely with multi-function teams such as product supply, finance, marketing, etc.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Understand the overall Market Strategy & Planning regular drumbeat by handling budget and operations related to daily business

Support Category Market Strategy & Planning managers by leading operation and execution related to new initiative, customization and budget

Lead close monitoring of market strategy & planning category budget and find areas for optimization
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and execute overall process of category customization including project kick-off, time management and system set-up.

Lead gatekeeping of overall purchase request, payment, and budget management.

You will be the key player to check inventory by stock keeping unit, allocate samples and manage the delivery schedule.

Act as the primary liaison with market strategy & planning managers to run internal process of making new initiative launch ready in the market.

Lead monthly business reports, on-going market strategy & planning related operations, data management, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS

College or bachelor’s degree
-
Strong excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot, etc)

Nice to have 1+ year of proven experience in budget management and sales operation

An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards

Capacity to work effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships, be diplomatic, and exhibit sensitivity to and understanding of the dynamics of a complex organization

Effective written and communication skills in English
