Established in2002, ARA Asset Management Limited (“ARA”) is a premier integrated real estate fund manager driven by a vision to be the best-in-class real estate fund management company focused on the management of real estate investment trusts(“REITs”) ,private real estate funds and infrastructure funds.

ARA’s business is focused on the following segments:

1.  REITs  ARA is one of the largest REIT managers in Asia ex-Japan and currently manages five REITs listed in three countries, namely Fortune REIT dual-listed in Singaporeand Hong Kong, Suntec REIT and Cache Logistics Trust listed in Singaporeand Hui Xian REIT and Prosperity REIT listed in Hong Kong.  The Groupalso manages six privately-held REITs in South Korea;

[Job Description]
- Monitor and analyze real estate markets in key Asian cities.
- Support efforts to develop investment strategy and generate deal pipeline.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or divestment of real estate projects, including developing and maintaining relationship with potential partners/vendors.
- Build detailed financial models, including developing sensitivity analysis.
- Handle execution, including due diligence and negotiation, and completion of acquisition of real estate assets, and share relevant information across functional groups.
- Work with asset management team to develop initial business plan and operating budget for any acquisition.
- Conduct hold/sell analysis, develop and execute exit plans for divestment of real estate assets.
- Work with finance team in the raising of debt financing for acquisition.
- Make investment and divestment recommendations to Investment Committee.
- Provide input to support investors reporting and fund raising activities.

[Job Requirements]

- Above Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 years of related working experience
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Ability to work independently
- Extensive skills in modeling and written communication
- Advanced Skill in MS Office
